Physical fitness refers to the body's ability to perform daily activities with vigor and without undue fatigue. It involves various components, including strength (the ability of muscles to exert force), endurance (the capacity to sustain physical activity over time), flexibility (the range of motion available at a joint or group of joints), body composition (a healthy ratio of body fat to lean body mass), and body coordination (the ability to maintain control of body movements and position). Being physically fit means that a man has the energy and strength to engage in life’s activities, from routine tasks to recreational sports, along with an ability to carry out the occasional unknown and unknowable extremely challenging physical task.
